Sometimes, it can feel like we are making no headway, that the people who are the change-makers are not interested in the greater good, equality, or what is right. It can feel like the world is unjust & no matter what you do, you can’t affect it. And then you get an email from 3 P7 boys who say this:

“We also thought the fact that you were trying to employ autistic adults is very thoughtful and we have been inspired to do the same if we ever get the chance.”

And you realise that YOU are the change-maker, and anything is possible when we start at the beginning: by teaching our children about what is right, about equality, and about the greater good. They are smart; they will listen, they will learn. And they will lead the change.

How do we change the world? One child at a time.
